Provider Expectation Rules

• You are solely responsible for any activity on this website that occurs under your name and user ID. You are responsible for keeping your password secure.

• You agree you will not use this website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You will not abuse, harass, threaten or intimidate other CPD File users via any forum on this website and you will not modify, adapt or hack this website or modify any other website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with this website.

• You agree not to create multiple entries of the same activity in the databse. Multiple entries of the same activity pollute search results and frustrate users. In all other jurisdictions where there is no accreditation, you may assign the number of hours that attendees can count towards their CPD and any EPPM requirements.

• If you receive a request from us to change your activity posting behaviour, you agree to make the requested changes immediately.

• Unauthorized use of this website may result in termination of your CPD File account and give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.
